"Warren Elroy Peck, 60, Confluence RD 3, died Sept. 20, 1987, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born Feb. 10, 1927, in Lower Turkeyfoot Township, a son of Harvey and the late Florence (Phillippi) Peck. Besides his father, he is survived by wife, Ida Mae Younkin, and two sons: Carl of Ursina; and Gary of Confluence RD 3; also a step-granddaughter, Dawn Welch. Preceded in death by two brothers. Veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Post 7250. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence, with the Rev. Atlee Snyder officiating. Interment, Younkin Cemetery."
