"Edward E. Knupp, 68, Somerset RD 5, died Oct. 9 in his residence. Born June 29, 1907 in Somerset County, a son of Ruben and Henrietta (Young) Knupp. Preceded in death by one half sister, three brothers and three sisters. Survived by two daughters; Lucille, wife of Paul Mangeafico, New Paris, RD 1; Carol, wife of Harry Kaufman, Windber, RD 1; six grandchildren. He was a brother of Mrs. Stella Barkman and Ruth, wife of Blair Mulhollen, both of Somerset; Clark of Wilmington Ill.; a half brother, Paul of Friedens, RD 2. He was member of UMWA Jenners local and the Jenners Rod and Gun Club. Friends are being received in the Richard E. Hauger Funeral Home where services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. Rev. H. B. Sizemore officiating. Interment, Weller Cemetery."
