"Elizabeth C. Baine, 67, of Rockwood, died June 15, 1977, in the Somerset Community Hospital. She was born Aug. 15, 1909, in Rockwood, a daughter of the late Joseph and Sadie (Growall) Baine. She is survived by one sister, Margaret Baine Murphy, of Alexandria, Va. Miss Baine taught school in Rockwood for 43 years. She was a lifelong member of Christ United Methodist Church of Rockwood. Funeral services were held Saturday at Christ United Methodist Church with Rev. Dwayne Johnson officiating. Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were in charge of the William J. Wood Funeral Home."

(McClintock) Beachy and the following children: Byard E., Thelma J. Brown, and Gary R., all of Warren, Ohio; Dorothy E. Plume of Fort Hill; Naomi R. Perkins of Massillon, Ohio. Also survived by stepson, Robert C. Fike of Fort Hill; nephew, Max W. Beachy of Fort Hill; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Younkin and Mrs. Mary Minchell, both of Confluence. He was preceded in death by son, Paul E.; a brother and three sisters. He was a member of the Silbaugh Methodist Church. Friends were received at the Humbert Funeral Home, Confluence. The body lay in state at the Silbaugh Methodist Church where funeral services were held with the Rev. R. Samuel Wachter and the Rev. Roy C. Bowers officiating. Interment, Silbaugh Cemetery."
